Gabriella lived in family, who are passionate about culinary art and hospitality. Being surrounded by them, her interest grew in the area. But instead of hot kitchen, her interest diverted to patisserie. Since that day, there was no looking back, Gabriella went on to learned and developed her skills in bakery and confectionary. After years of practising and producing her home-made cakes, she got recognised for her work. She has always been the baking cakes for Al Pomodoro since it was formed in year 2019. It was not the time Gabriella would like to put her own stamp on the cakes. Hence in 2023 ‘Cakes by Gabriella’ was founded.
